Pamela Budnik, LCSW-R


A graduate of Columbia University, Pamela Cunningham has been a licensed social worker since 2007. Ms. Cunningham brings with her over 15 years of experience in medical, mental health, educational and chemical dependency settings.

She was an integral part in the initiation of a New York State based child mental health initiative within school districts in Westchester County to help facilitate early mental health screenings and services to children and families in need.

Ms. Cunningham has developed proficiency in many areas of mental health service. She has significant experience in the provision of individual, group and family psychotherapy. Pamela has gained extensive clinical training in modalities such as structural family therapy, non-directive play therapy, CBT, DBT, crisis intervention and alcohol and substance abuse treatment. Pam applies an eclectic approach to treatment taking into account the individual needs and strengths of each client in order to identify and achieve their desired goals.

Her primary specialties include depression, anxiety, substance abuse, eating disorders, life transitions, stress reduction, phobias, behavior modification and anger management.
